Description :
This hike takes up where the Hummingbird Trail leaves off and turns it into a loop rather than a “there and back” hike. You’ll want to get your GPS out for this one as you’ll head down the Rocky Peak fire road a short distance to the Wilderness Trail. This is an unmarked trail that you’ll find on the right side so keep a sharp eye out for it. Down Wilderness you’ll descend down into a canyon that will ultimately lead to a large passageway that will take you under the 118 freeway. From there you’ll descend down into Corriganville Park which was a famous film location for a large number of westerns. There are a number of cool things to see in this park so if you have some extra time be sure to check them out. The attached GPS track takes you through the right side of the park and into Foothill Park. From there you’ll walk through a nice little residential neighborhood back to where you parked on the north end of Kuehner.

Directions :
From the 118 Freeway get off at Kuehner Drive and head north for just a quarter of a mile. You'll park in a dirt lot on the right hand side, next to the fence line.
